If simplicity is what you are looking for, then PCMedik is perfect. The program interface is simple in the extreme, with only one action and no configuration options. You pick your operating system and processor type, and hit GO. That's it! With the trial version of PCMedik, you can heal - the heal and boost option is for the paid version only.
When PCMedik is finished its scan, it doesn't show any results. In fact, you can only find out what it does to your computer by reading the help file, and even then, it's a fairly vague explanation. This lack of information and explanation won't bother everyone - in fact some users might actually appreciate it - but for most, PCMedik is a little vague.
